What Can I Do?
1. Sign up on our website for monthly e-communications. Encourage other supporters to do the same. This is the best way for us to keep you in the loop. It also helps us confirm to Councillors that our ArtsVote community includes artists / arts workers who live in their Ward.
2. Print a stack of ArtsVote flyers and distribute them to friends, colleagues, associates, members, audience. If you’re able, print a stack and leave them at an arts-friendly cafe, or a gallery, or a poetry reading. (Download below: two options: I’m an artist / I vote and I work in the arts / I vote).
3. Organizations: Help us reach a broader base of artists, arts workers and arts supporters. Download an insert below to include in your paystub envelopes.
3. Join us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, check out the Flickr site and submit pics you snap of City Councillors at arts events.
4. Blog about ArtsVote. Add our flyer to your website, a mailing, an e-newsletter, a program (Download below in two options: I’m an artist / I vote and I work in the arts / I vote)
5. If you have any ideas about how we can help spread the word, contact us.
Need to quantify the value of arts and culture to someone? Need hard numbers? You can start with the TAPA stats report at
